PIT UNIVERSITY HISTORY

Understanding Our Journey

We are so much more than just a traditional educational institution; we represent a prophetic haven where individuals can explore and nurture their unique potentials. In addition, we strive to create and maintain a safe space that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration among our community members. Our environment encourages open dialogue, support, and the sharing of diverse ideas, allowing everyone to thrive both academically and personally.

Walk It Out.....

The journey of a prophet is not one that can easily be charted or mapped out in traditional ways; instead, it is a winding and intricate path filled with twists and turns that often lead into the unknown. This pathway is complex and laden with uncertainty, meaning there are no clear directions or straightforward maps to guide individuals along their way. God has a remarkable way of leading His people on what might be described as the scenic route, taking them through experiences and lessons that are essential for their spiritual growth and development. This process serves as His divine method of preparing you for the unique purpose He has in store for you. Within this context, PIT University stands as an invaluable institution, truly acting as the grooming ground that has been set forth to nurture and refine those called to this profound journey.

The Birthing of PIT University

PIT University was born out of a long-standing gap in prophetic development: the absence of structured training, accountability, and emotional care for those called to hear and speak on behalf of God. For many years, prophetic voices were recognized for their gifting but left without guidance, formation, or support, often resulting in burnout, isolation, or misuse of authority.

The journey of PIT University began not as an institution, but as a response—an answer to the repeated failures observed within prophetic spaces where gifting was celebrated but character, mental health, and maturity were overlooked. Over time, what started as informal mentoring, teaching, and intercession evolved into a disciplined framework designed to help prophets grow responsibly, ethically, and sustainably.

PIT University developed as a training ground that honors God’s calling while emphasizing process over performance. Rooted in biblical foundations and informed by real-world leadership, governance, and spiritual warfare experience, PIT serves as a place where prophetic individuals are equipped to steward their calling with integrity, wisdom, and accountability. Today, PIT University stands as a learning community committed to raising healthy prophets—those who can endure seasons, navigate pressure, and carry influence without losing alignment with God or themselves.

Founder's Narrative

PIT University was founded by Apostle Sandylove, whose life and leadership were shaped through decades of service, discipline, and lived experience long before the institution ever existed. Her journey includes over twenty years connected to the United States Armed Forces, serving both as an active-duty soldier and later as a military dependent. That environment instilled a deep understanding of structure, accountability, chain of command, and the long-term cost of leadership without support. While serving overseas and later in the United States, Apostle Sandylove began receiving prophetic training and exposure that revealed both the power and the vulnerability of those called to speak on behalf of God.

Over time, she observed a consistent pattern: prophets were often recognized for their gifting but neglected in areas of emotional health, ethical formation, and sustainable leadership. Many were expected to perform without preparation, endure without care, and lead without guidance. Her military background, combined with formal education in Criminal Justice, International Relations, and Legal Studies, provided a framework to address those gaps with clarity and responsibility. Rather than building platforms around personalities, Apostle Sandylove focused on systems—training environments where prophetic individuals could develop discipline, maturity, and integrity alongside spiritual sensitivity.

PIT University emerged from that conviction. It was established not to manufacture calling, but to steward it. The institution reflects the founder’s belief that prophetic voices require structure as much as inspiration, accountability as much as affirmation, and process as much as purpose. Through PIT University, Apostle Sandylove continues her commitment to ensuring that those called to influence nations, communities, and institutions are equipped to do so with wisdom, resilience, and honor.
