Support/Tech

If you are experiencing technical issues accessing PIT University, please review the information below before contacting support. Most access issues can be resolved quickly by following these steps.
Account Access & Login Issues

If you cannot log in:

Confirm you are using the email address you registered with

Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your credentials

Ensure your account has been approved (access is not automatic)

If you recently requested access, please allow time for review before attempting to log in.

Supported Devices & Browsers

For the best experience, PIT University recommends:

  • Desktop or laptop computers (preferred)

Updated versions of:

  • Google Chrome

  • Safari

  • Firefox

Mobile devices and tablets are supported, but some features may function best on desktop.

Video & Audio Playback Issues

If videos do not load or play correctly:

  • Refresh the page

  • Check your internet connection

  • Close other applications using bandwidth

  • Disable browser extensions that may block media

  • Try a different browser

Course Access Issues

If you cannot access a course:

  • Confirm you are logged in

  • Verify that you are enrolled in the course

  • Ensure your access has not expired or been restricted

  • Courses may be locked until approval or scheduled release dates.

  • Platform Performance

If the platform appears slow or unresponsive:

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Log out and log back in

  • Restart your device

  • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version

Security & Account Protection

For your protection:

  • Do not share your login credentials

  • Do not allow others to access your account

  • Report any suspicious activity immediately

  • When to Contact Technical Support

Please contact technical support if:

  • You are unable to log in after password reset

  • You are approved but cannot access enrolled courses

  • You experience repeated platform errors

  • You encounter payment or enrollment confirmation issues
