Purpose
PIT University exists to provide a disciplined, respectful, and focused learning environment for individuals pursuing growth, leadership, and influence. This Code of Conduct establishes expectations that protect the integrity of the institution, its faculty, and its students.
Enrollment in PIT University signifies agreement to uphold these standards.
2. Respectful Engagement
Students are expected to:
Communicate with respect in all forums, live sessions, messages, and comments
Engage differing perspectives without hostility, harassment, or disruption
Refrain from abusive language, intimidation, or personal attacks
PIT University maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
3. Integrity & Personal Responsibility
Students must:
Represent themselves honestly
Take responsibility for their conduct and participation
Respect boundaries established by instructors, facilitators, and administrators
Avoid behavior that disrupts learning or undermines the community
4. Use of Platform & Materials
Students agree to:
Use course materials for personal educational purposes only
Refrain from recording, duplicating, distributing, or sharing content without written permission
Respect the intellectual property of PIT University and its instructors
Unauthorized use or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
5. Confidentiality
Students may be exposed to personal insights, discussions, or shared experiences within the learning environment.
Students must:
Maintain confidentiality
Refrain from sharing private discussions or identifying information outside the platform
Respect the privacy of instructors and fellow students
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors may result in disciplinary action:
Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
Disruption of classes, forums, or events
Misrepresentation of PIT University or its teachings
Sharing or reselling course content
Repeated disregard for platform rules or instructions
7. Disciplinary Action
PIT University reserves the right to:
Issue warnings or corrective guidance
Restrict participation or access to specific features
Suspend or revoke enrollment without refund
Remove students whose behavior compromises the learning environment
All disciplinary decisions are made at the discretion of PIT University administration.
8. Amendments
PIT University reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at any time. Continued participation in the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By enrolling in PIT University, students acknowledge and agree to comply with this Student Code of Conduct.
